I saw him in Croydon a few years ago , and like Charlie Pride , he was good enough to stay behind after the show to meet his fans ....................... A wonderful showman who will be missed by many , and is a great loss to the country scene ....................RIP Boxcar

Well. I was lucky enough to see Boxcar in London England in the early 1980's when a whole lot of country stars came over for a four day festival at Wembley, Boxcar was origional, no aires and graces just sang from the heart.

Sadly I did not know that Boxcar had passed away R.I.P. sadly missed here but he will entertain on a higher plain now.
