http://www.buybulkwhey.com/ This is a quick and easy strawberry protein shake.

2 - 3 cups whole fresh strawberries (with or without tops)
1 - 2 cups fat free frozen yogurt
1 cup skim milk
4 - 8 oz ice (optional for extra cold and smoothie texture)
2 scoops buybulkwhey.com whey protein powder

This make a pretty mild and yummy strawberry protein shake with more than 60 grams of protein. Feel free to adjust the recipe to fit your needs both calorically and flavor wise.

If you were to use a strawberry ice cream or sherbet instead of the frozen yogurt it would enhance the overall strawberry flavor. You can also skip the ice, but we found the ice really brings the temperature down, and gives it a slight smoothie texture.

You will see in the video we forgot to throw the frozen yogurt into the blender. if you miss it like we did, you can always add it in the end.

  • im 15, and i go to the gym quite frequently, i can see my arms are getting bigger but i want to be doing more on my core, and pecks, have u got any idears? and im thinking about taking protein shakes, will they help build my muscle mass?

  • @RipzRx Yes, BUT I would stick to whole foods as they are the best.

  • @buybulkwhey I do not like much meat and have to eat processed meat. would protein shakes be better than processed meat?.

  • @shipmaster7 Focus on eating plenty of whole foods, as they are the best to put on weight. Also, make sure you are lifting properly. Good luck with football man!

  • Im 14 and it takes allot for me to be bulking up for football which I need to do and I eat allot but im really skinny so I take protein shakes but i only take them after hardcore workouts and I usually dont put too much protein in it
