Buchara, Uzbekistan

Buchara is one of the gems of Uzbekistan. The old center of the city is a world heritage side. Until the 15th century it was one of the most important cities along the silk road. Buchara was the place where the first Hadith (collection of Islamic religion) was written. It was also the place where the largest sufi sect, the Naqsbandhi has it's origins.
