  • DJKJSeph: Follow your instinct Bro! But read books on success while you're living your life. Good Luck down the road... "What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us. And when we bring what is within us out into the world, miracles happen." Do your thing kid, you have something to offer.

  • The black pad I am using I found in my basement. You could use a towel and cutting board to accomplish the same affect.

    Keep at it!

  • @skybrummitt bro i would really appreciate if you give me info on how exactly did you add weights to the rack.i ordered one today and seen ur video.thanks bro.take care

  • Nice Walker!,Looks steadier than the one my 80 year old neighbors runnin.

  • how did u get the weights on there?

  • terrible

  • It's about body weight work outs not body building workouts. Some of you don't understand the difference should not be commenting. This is a tool used to help perform some of the bodyweight exercises easier (w/o towels, playground equipment, etc..) It's good for home use to get a good quick cardio/fat burning workout. I have it and it does work. If you know what you are doing and you understand what it is meant for in the first place.

  • Nice description of the possible exercises. Cheesy music though.

  • no offense but you can 80% of the workouts on the perfect pull up ($20-$30). This mechanism is just more fancy looking.

  • If you ignore the human arms, it looks like this guy is part robot.
