I agree that the Minton is better priced compared to the Scala. Both are within the similar distance from the NEX mall at Serangoon Central. Also, the Minton offers more facilities as well as more spacious space for fun plays. Despite facilities put in a little space, the Scala is a stone's throw from the Chuan MRT station. I believe that the Minton has a room for greater price appreciation. Since I am not a buyer of the Minton, this is my honest opinion about the Minton and the Scala.
