Acts 2:38 Part 4 Repent or Perish

Sin is like a seed that grows in a mans heart. God, for those that repent, will destroy the sinful nature. You will not be able to obey God until youre born again (John 3:3-7). What brought true deliverance from sin was Jesus death and resurrection: when he died He carried every mans sin that would repent. Through baptism, Bible says were buried with Christ—the sinful nature has to stay in the water. You receive a brand new birth. You come out of water with a newness of life. Its sacred, important and has a connection to His Sons death and you have a connection with Him now through baptism.
Matthew 3:1-6 John preached repentance & baptized.
Acts 2:1-4 2nd part of born again. Holy Spirit gives the utterance, doesnt make you speak in tongues. People are not taught about it (and should be) and when something happens to their tongue and they fight it, being ashamed or afraid. Or their taught to seek the tongue instead of the Holy Spirit.
