tekken is good, SF is good, SC is good, KOF is good....fighting games are all about preference. i personally like 2d fighters better, but 3d fighters like tekken are really fun to jump in to. but lets not argue over depth or difficulty. just because a game is more complex doesnt make it better...and same thing goes for simplicity...

Something tells me you dont know shit about tekken or any serious fighting game for that matter. Characters in tekken has lots of moves who all have their special use. The Tekken series was pretty good. I just believe its not very smooth. Dead or Alive is Cheap but Pretty. And Virtual Fighter Im sorry is just Lame, way too complex with no visual appeal. Not really worth the hastle with so many others out there. Though Street Fighter has kept up the feel of Fast Smooth and Pretty. Even though I think Street Fighter 4 is probably gonna suck. But they are gonna release a revitalized Street Fighter 2 redrawn and in HD on XBOX Live.

I like Tekken very much, but the original Street Fighter II is very difficuuilt too. Especially because you hardly have any moves that you can do. But since Tekken has more moves the enemies too become more complexe. I think both games require a massive amount of skill if you would want to play them properly.
