You Changed My Life - A Mini Jemi Story - Part 2

Hey, guys. Guess what? I just went to see New Moon with my bf and OHMYGOD!! It was awesome! That movie was the best movie I've ever seen, I didn't really 'love' the ending, but it was ok, for those who have seen the movie should know what I mean, (no offense or anything to those who hasn't seen it yet). Anyways, so...here's part 2 :)

I could hear him clearly. Saying those 3 words to me. The last words he ever said, I love you. I couldn't get it out of my head. It's been 3 years, I need to get over it, but nothing helps. I put on my skinny jeans and then a top- all black. Not bothering to put make-up on. I walked outside and saw Sel and Mi waiting for me, I hate being 18, I graduated high school just a few months ago and now there's nothing to keep me busy from thinking about...him. My family is rich so I don't really have to go look for a job, but I'm planning on going to college. So....right now Sel was driving us too Starbucks to meet some guy that Taylor and Lucas met a few days ago. And like always, he just HAS to meet us. They have been trying to set me up with someone for 2 years now. If they do the same thing with this guy then I'm not talking to them again! I looked out the window and Sel stopped the car, we got out and walked into Starbucks, Mi saw Lucas and went to hug him and Tay, Sel did the same, I walked over there slowly and they hugged me. I didn't smile, I just sat down, they were chatting about random things, knowing that I wasn't going to join their conversation anytime soon, then I heard a different voice coming from behind me, I didn't look up, I just stared at my hands like they were gold.

Joe - Hey, guys. Sorry I'm late, Nick wanted me to drive him to the airport, he's going back to Texa---*looks at Mi, Sel and Demi* Um hi, you must be Lucas and Taylor's girlfriends, I'm Joe *looks at Sel then at Miley*
Demi - *cringes at the sound of Nick's name, even though he wasn't talking about 'her' Nick*
Mi - Yea, I'm Miley. But you can call me Mi, Miles or Smiley
Sel - *laughs* And I'm Selena. You can call me Sel, Lena or well...yea, just that....
Taylor - *chuckles* Right..It's alright man, So....this is Demi *points at Demi with his head*
Joe - *looks at Demi* Um...Hi?
Demi - *mumbles* Hi...
Joe - Ohh--key? *sits down across from Demi cause it's the only seat left*
Demi - *looks up at him and suddenly meet his eyes as he looks at her*

Joe's POV -
After I sat down across from..Demi?, she looked up and met my eyes, damn this girl was beautiful. But she looked so...sad..so depressed. I saw her cringe when I mentioned my brothers name before, wonder why. Well I was going to find out, this girl, just by looking her in the eyes, told me that she was worth everything. I kept looking into her eyes, avoiding the others staring at us, she didn't look away, and I could see that she could keep looking for God knows how long, she had the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen, Demi shook her head and looked down, at her hands. I looked around and Miley was looking at me, shocked, but with a smile. Ok...weird. Selena just had a shocked expression. Taylor and Lucas had their mouth open, I closed them with both my hands and then looked at them.
