I havve been meditating for around an year now and I have had 4-5 OBEs till now. It happens not duing meditation but when I am very tired and sleeping. My mind gets concious while my body is sleeping and I feel a strong vibration of energy flowing through my body. Initially I got a bit scared (well a lot scared to be frank) the first few times it happened. But after listening to your talk, I feel its all in good adventure. I hope its all good for me ? please suggest.

You're welcome, i'm sorry for my rudeness it's just difficult to come up against the same invalid argument over and over again. I believe you meant Robert Bruce, the English-born OBE researcher. Robert Monroe is an american-born consciousness explorer and pioneer in the field of OBE research. Good luck on your journey, keep seeking truth. Namaste.

@HueyTheDoctor87 Hey Huey. Thank you for the lead to the PEAR studies. I did find quite a bit of info on OBE's and there does seem to be some weight to it. I have been doing my own personal research on this via Bruce Moenroe's HemiSync tapes as well but just at the very beginning stages so far. Thank you again.

Do your research. OBE's and remote viewing have been proven as real time and time again by extremely credible institutions like the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research lab, and Stanford Research Institute. People love to use the words "there is no proof" while never making any effort to find out if there is.

@s2kboiric Oh..Well if you were talking about links from youtube I've probably seen them. That's how I found this video. All the ones I've seen do talk about OBEs and the like but none of them show proof like I was talking about. It's a pretty easy experiment I would think. I would challenge anyone who says they have OBEs regularly to try it and post on here with their results. The subject interests me but still there is no proof that they arent just dreams made up by the mind.
