  • its not maturity or age it is simply safer to ride in a 5 point harness for as long as possible. it is simply the crash forces spread out over the body which is safer when i get my car i am going to put 5 point harnesses in the seat instead of the crap we have now. even adults would be so much safer in 5 point harnesses.

  • i agree that children should ride in a harness as long as possible, but many children outgrow the harness before the 80 lbs by height and then need a booster and then staty in that as long as they safely fit often toddlers don't have the maturity to stay correctly let alone really fit in a booster l(like kyle) i think six should be the minimum for booster, and 10 yrs and 4'11 when they can ride without a booster.

  • boosters are crap. absolute crap they are not safe kids should be riding in five point harnesses until 80pounds and no less.

    ex: britax radian etc. those are the best car seats available

    in awsome memory of kyle david miller killed in a booster seat.
