Common Purpose has asked 12 leaders from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK what their leadership lessons were from 2009. The leaders were asked a range of questions, including: is the UK facing a crisis of leadership, and what should leaders should take forward in 2010 as they face new challenges?

The individuals were interviewed by Common Purposes founder and UK Chief Executive, Julia Middleton at the leadership development organisations Leaders Questions event in January 2010.
