  • You are amaaaaaaazing. You're like a robot, but better! o.o Cuz you repeat things and you force understanding while still making it fun. And you're really engaged in your videos, I feel like you're talking to me directly sometimes. And you're patient enough to name every move you make! So there's absolutely nothing to get confused about. Just wow.

  • @KrystalFoshizzle , cool! I an super glad that you find the video useful!!

  • @gemmation , Thanks! I fixed it and re-posted. I hope that helps!

  • @ExcelIsFun It's just a couple of things that aren't reset, not the whole workbook.

E.g. go to the name box. It lists, Car_Type, cute, Data, Price, so you have to delete these first if you want to practice naming the exact same things you do at the start of this video. The assumption table about boomerang sales in the start file matches the video at 33m, rather than at 27m40s where you first introduce it. As I said, just small things, not disasters by any stretch of the imagination!

  • @gemmation , I just checked the Start file for Week 1 Highline Excel Class and it looks like it is NOT completed: meaning, the start file really is a start file.

  • @gemmation , is it the whole workbook? or just one sheet?

  • @ExcelIsFun It's the start file I'm talking about. I re-downloaded it to check. But... it's not a big deal, and the fact that you've got literally hundreds of workbooks to download for free and learn from far outweighs the odd glitch. ;)

  • @gemmation , I am sorry. I will try to do better next time.

Maybe you did not download the correct workbook. There are two for each chapter. For example:

    Week1Busn214StartFile

    and

    Week1Busn214FinishedFile

    Try the start file.

  • I'm loving all your videos, and I'm in awe of how many hours of work you've put in.

I have one small criticism of the workbooks I've downloaded so far. They aren't fully "reset" to match the condition of the workbook at the start of the video. E.g. in this one, the cell ranges are already named "Data" and "Car_Types" etc, and the assumption tables often contain the figures you end the video on. I feel very rude pointing this out, and will end by saying that I just ordered your book yesterday.

  • @hersheng18 , you are welcome!

  • very intellegent. thanks for this
