reason its so "shaky" is because you need to hold it steady. 2nd the lens is to narrow of a view or telephoto or zoomed in.. You need to get the Creative Vado a nice wide lens on that camera and its far cheaper and just as good as the Flip Video HD if not better. Also the Vado is far thinner and smaller. Even the Kodak is better. When is flip going to understand not to put a Tele lens on a vacation camera..

@rmstudio I'm gonna have to say that you're wrong on the shaky part. The camcorder has NO image stabilization whatsoever. The steadiest of hands couldn't even hold it still to get a still video. Also, this camera was ahead of it's time when it was released, but since this camera is nearing 2 years from when it first came out, of course there are better products on the market now. I think the Kodak Zi8 is the currently the best overall when it comes to picture, sound, and accessories/features.

wow this is a good camera for $180. damn some people pay like $700 an average quality  vid camera and the flip ultra HD looks way better!

Oh, it's $200 actually. I got a $20 gift card from Best Buy because I racked up a bunch of points from their Reward Zone program. It is a good camcorder, though I suggest a tripod to go with it because there isn't any image stabilization.

i might get this one,i have a flip video but its the non HD version which has no rechargeable battery and i think they are easy to use PLUS the HD version is on sale @ walmart for only $100 which is what i paid for mine when it came out lol i should have waited cuz the non HD one eats AA batteries like there is no tomorrow lol
