  • COOOCAAIINNN!!! But most importantly, ..Meaningful, beautiful, powerful, magical, real music.. and the dead in 72. why hell was i born in 95?!?! thats just bad luck.

  • Jerry practiced what he preached here. By 1972, he had played with five or six different bands and muscians (Merl Saunders, Howard Wales, NRPS, Crosby & Nash, Jefferson Airplane, solo efforts, ect) on live and studio efforts. David and the Dorks is an excellent example of the Bay Area group effort recordings.

  • @folkrockm14 Naaaaaaaah, Jesus Christ was/is the best person ever. But Jerry's fairly high on my list.

  • Jerry was a visionary!

  • i think he might be high.

  • @jimaroo100 It's irritating that he has the reputation with some people as some brain dead burnout when he was clearly extremely high iq.

  • Yeah Jerry had a good point imagine instead of a headlining group but the headliner was music like this "come see music live in concert"

  • europe 72's tour was the best tour

  • The Grateful Dead in 1972.....Why was i born in 1987!?!?

Now that I have most of the Dicks Picks series and many other live shows, I can still remember how great it was listening to Europe 72' for the first few times, back when that was almost all I had from 72. Those are days that I miss and will never get back. The music was new and fresh. However, all us Grateful Dead fans must grow in the music of our beloved band.
