I run my 351w straight piped and it isn't very loud. I wonder if the factory placement of the 02 sensor has anything to do with it. I got factory manifolds but its separated all the way except for the o2 sensor. It links the 2 pipes together. If anyone has any answers. And also if straight piped has anything to do with burning oil. It leaks a little on the oil pan, but not much.
@578874able better be careful around this guy... not only is he a HARDASS because he doesn't "play by the rules" but he also can't spell "emissions" and "idiot" right.
The 44 is the muffler model. Its a custom solid axle swap using chevy 54" springs. Dana 60 Front axle. The rear has a Sterling 10.25 with a ruffstuff shackle flip using 7" shackles. The tires are only 38's though. 44's are just a dream at this point, but that would require some serious reworking of the suspension.
Hey buddy ,one question did you take off the catalic converters off it??? Because I did on mine, yes it sounds alot better and more power but the check engine light is on...... What do you think I should do???? And yes I'm in California....
my roommate has a 94 bronco eddie bauer with the same paint scheme (he painted over it with rhino liner, though). he's running headers, 2.5" true duals, and glasspacks. sounds mellow at idle, but when you get on it, she makes some noise haha.
