Did you tried a "copyright dispute" ? This (so far) has always worked with me and WMG, who neither dispute it nor accept it, but put advertisements on my page. This particular song may be different, as UMG may be forced to pull it as it's most probably somebody else's TV theme tune, not a punk song ! EMI claim ownership but don't require a dispute with most material. Sony are erratic. And UMG are THE Copyright Gestapo. No chance at all with them. Wankers.

@roddy76to86 Didn't know I could have done this (copyright dispute) I edited together the original vinyl album intro, which comes from the real T.V. theme with the Rezillos song, so maybe that's the issue?
Don't know if you got the chance to see my video on myspace - not allowed to do a direct link here,but if interested you can type in 'devil in the new man' into myspace and find my page and video!

You've got a vinyl version of this ? A must hear ! Why don't you just put in a copyright dispute with WMG and see what happens ? I always put as a reason "Because I paid for it...in 1978 !" if it's old. That didn't work for the Banshees though - UMG. My latest upload from them is a Peel session. People you see having their channel withdrawn have done much more serious copyright stuff; I'm not sure what, but YouTube warn anyone going too far first, and they still ignore it.
