Awesome and amazing, yeah, but epic...?. Shadow of the Colossus-The Opened Way, for example, is epic. Tales of Vesperia - The Final Showdown, your #8-epic. No Valkyrie Profile? No Grandia II Battle Theme?

@Eqvil At the time, I never played Grandia II or Shadow of the Colossus (FOR SHAME), and I've never played a Valkyrie Profile game, so that takes things into account.

Like today, my list would be drastically different. The Final Battle from Mario and Luigi 3 would be on this list, FIGHT!! Version 4 (Zera Valmar and Valmar Core), etc. Placement would be different, too. I'm broke at the moment as well, so my game-buying activity is severely limited. :(

I don't know. Wild ARMs (the early ones) all had short battle songs. There are only two songs later in my list that are short. The others are not.

I love this song a lot. But what makes me the most angry is that when I see a game with an amazing soundtrack that I do not own....Wild Arms 2 is sadly one of those games. :(

OMG reading your description in the info box gave me such nostalgia. :) Wild Arms 2 is my FAVORITE game of all time. I have the Japanese opening theme on a CD somewhere. I need to go dig that up RIGHT NOW. ^^ I played the hell out of this game, but if they ever brought it out on the PSN store, I would snatch it up n a heartbeat.
