Lieberman is being eaten not because he is one of "their own" but because he's wrong on many issues. If he was really "their own" he might be better on these issues. What is so wrong with voting for a candidate who reflects one's own views? Just because someone calls himself a Democrat doesn't mean he automatically should be supported. Look at all the support the GOP has given to their own candidate, Alan Schlesinger! BTW...I'm not defending the Israel crack...
