  • does it just slow the progresstion of the disease? it kills the patient at the end?

  • @xzaxx - No one has completed long term, placebo controlled studies so there is no definitive answer to your question regarding disease progression after treatment. Certainly some patients have experienced marked improvements that have persisted over the course of a few years. However, we don't know what the outcome will be over the long term. It's also fair to point out that not all patients respond to stem cell treatment.

  • is he cured?

  • @xzaxx - No patient is cured of MS by this treatment. However, a number of patients have improved following treatment. You can go to our youtube channel "cellmedicine" to see many videos from such patients. There is another one of this patient (Richard) that was done early this year. Richard just spoke at a seminar in Dallas on October 15th. We plan to publish that video soon.

  • Very much like a sales pitch. Came across like he is being paid... But I hope they have had success with stem cells, that means it will be FREEly available in the UK soon for our great nation's needy. FREE, the way healthcare ought to be in a fair society. Obame dreams/wishes he could get congress to follow our lead here...

  • @drodga - please visit our you tube channel at cellmedicine. There you'll see MANY similar videos and rest assured, we cannot afford to pay them all...

  • @drodga There is a hospital in Germany that does this stem cell treatment, one in India too. Unfortunately the one in Germany costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $75.000, which your insurance would hopefully cover. The one in India costs around $40, 000 up front. Again, I am not sure how your insurance in the UK would relate coverage for these stem cell procedures that you will find on you-tube. It is also done in Australia as you will see when you browse the videos about this treatment.

  • what did this cost?

  • what tests are needed to determine your specific treatment? How long is the proceedure and aftercare? I have had MS for 23 years,am 43 use a wheelchair and seeking ideas.
