I have got tears in my eyes when I think of good times I have spent with Ryanair based at EMA. At the same time I am full of anger that I have lost my job on the 10 month of my probationary period. I have stopped re-paying my training fees and basically fired with no reason. Yaeh , it's a great experience but we were treated very badly. Those who stayed are not happy either. They have no courage to leave because they love flying so much. Shame really.

@DanceWivNoMusic I've red lots of comment about it... I love to fly too but I prefer to spend some 1000£ to get a PPL. I was about to go at stansted for an open day... but after what I'm reading even on some other website I've changed my mind.

how can you be happy working in shit... low pay, shit contract....
-
@sharon1979 well, if you're rude, highly unprofessional, couldn't give a stuff about customers wishes then you'll easily get a job with them.

Heaven help passengers if there was an emergency, Ryanair cabin crew are awful, rude, and in my opinion highly unprofessional. I was on a Ryanair flight once and a Stewardess screamed at me during the flight that I couldn't get change back as they don't give change back for goods bought. So when we were getting off the plane at our destination I turned to her and screamed at the top of my voice "You're a fucking ugly slapper". I don't think she enjoyed it.

If it were possible, I'd ask Ryanair to do a Seville - East Midlands route

@yazier2006 Hi, boy, just let you know there no discrimination in Rynanair, and we have crew from all over the world. Also Ryanair don't recruit any more,so only St James Management(Crewlink and Workfors contracts) do it for Ryanair cabin crew courses. About money, yes the charge, but you don't have to pay all in ones, you can pay monthly from your cabin crew salary. :)) So maybe try come for interview or open day. good luck.
