Oatmeal Raisen Cookies Baked in My Solar Oven

I'm Lylah with Simple Home Living (www.lylahledner.blogspot.com & http://www.simplehomeliving-solarovens.com) and I've been baking and roasting in my Sun Oven and today I tried this amazing Oatmeal, Raisen cookie recipe - baking them in the solar oven. A success - except it took quite a while longer only because the moment I put the cookies in to bake, the sun decided to play hide and seek with the clouds.
