I ordered a salad instead of fried food today! I was still slippin though! I ordered and ate three chocolate chip cookies n milk and also had a can of Coca Cola! BLAH! I walked three miles yesterday and will walk three more tommorow.

Today's weight: 174 pounds! Yay ! I lost a pound!

  • I didn't say ASG....I said ADHD...I just talk fast becuz I'm cuban...lol! Damn that Bob thing is getting annoying that you are putting on all my vids! lol!

  • I sub out fatty foods for more healthier foods like instead of Choc. Bar I eat a granola bar.I even learned to read the nutrition facts on the back lol. I eat more veggies n fruit. Drink plenty of water, green as well as blk tea. I dont eat after 8pm. If I do its fruit or water. I excercise daily increase in 5 min brackets weekly..I started at 15 and tomorrow it will increase to 20.Most importantly I do it for me not anyone else....N e whoz hope I helped u with ur journey :-) Keep us posted.

  • Eat dark chocolate...bread and refined sugar is your enemy. H2O every morning before you start your day...include Grape fruit or organic apple cider vinegar to start your day also...burns fat quicker.

  • You should eat the healthy foods before eating the unhealthy You can lose some weight doing that!. Try diet cola. Well, I always do! Eationg slowly can help you feel full. STAY AWAY FROM CHOCOLATES~~~~~~!! lol

    I lost a lot of weight just by quiting eating snacks between meals Hope these advice are helpful!!

  • hmmm theres some tricks that people talked about...getting smaller plates and thinking if youre REALLY hungry and not just eating to eat. also try eating slower, you feel fuller. ummm...cut out fried foods, try steamed veggies (more vitamins) dont eat pork or beef (beef stays in you for 7 years i hear) try walking more instead of taking a car....i hope this helps.
