thx for the video!!! this is a great tutorial video, simple, easy to follow if u r a beginner shaper. I got tired of spending loads of money on surfboards that in the end did not respond as expected, that's why I wanna make my own boards from now on...

did you use zerovoc before you glassed this?

Not very strong and quite brittle. It's the same as any polyester resin, just that they mix in a UV-activated curing agent. This means you don't have to use 1.5% MEKP
Polyester monomer is still very toxic.

So there is no Bisphenol-A involved in the process? That would be great!
