  • Dave, there you go again, shattering the time-tested ineffective sales myths we've all learned to fail by and replacing them with the Carnegie method. What were you thinking? Yesterday I was asked by an internet salesman, "Could you use more customers?". I felt as though he'd just hung a sign around my neck that read: "Village Idiot, Please Ask Him Stupid Questions." I told him, no, I have dozens of non-buying internet customers I'd be happy to sell back to him at a discount. He hung up.
