This one was composed by a pianist in 1888. This piece was I of 3 Gymnopedies. Satie's music was pretty simple and straightforward in terms of harmony. This particular one evokes certain sadness almost (to me at least). I picked this one to play this time because I find it leaves a melancholy feel to it or is suppose to anyways. Satie's works I believe, came a little after the Romantic era therefore his pieces has some overlapping of the Romantic and the beginnings of the 20th century - Impressionism.
Anyways, excuse the mistakes. Sorry about the audio guys.
