Gaw damn. I never bought this CDB album. I had "Fire on the Mountain", "NightRider", "High Lonesome" and "Saddle Tramp". The Marshall Tucker Band's "Searchin' for a Rainbow", The Marshall Tucker Band" , "Long Hard Ride" and a couple more were excellent too. After the fukin' plane crash, I was bummed. Still listened to Skynyrd, CDB and MTB, but never bought anymore different albums. Ya CDB did a nice song, but I'm STILL gonna write a song for Ronnie, I don't care if everyone does...so?

I was at the show the night Charlie came out here in St. Louis and told us the "FREEBIRD" had crashed, nobody knew at the time he annouced it that any body had died. As he said "We all said a prayer before we went down to play" just killed the excitement of a CDB gig but like the pro that Charlie and that band are they kicked our asses as best as they could.. One of the Finest live acts you could ever expect to see..I'm 51 & have enjoyed CDB live well over 20 times each just as good as the 1 B 4
