  • Heartbreaking. We spent a long weekend here and fell in love with the place. Stayed at a hotel, Virgen del Mar (I think?) and spent some great hours at the Bar Pavana chatting with Layla and watching Sax Appeal. We are hoping to return again soon, is it recovering?

  • After an unusually wet winter the mountains are looking greener than we can ever remember them. There is a lot of low level grassy growth and masses of wild flowers are in bloom but the trees have not recovered much - that will take many years.
