Y'know this is all I need.

Keeping it nice and simple,

letting the song speak for itself, the tune before the player.

This is nicer than a lot of other far "showier" players!

Oldwht, do you use high-tension nylon? or do you just stick with regular tension, sometimes nylon shakes too much for me on lower note cords, and being users of steel sting like my teacher usually stick to high-tension if using nylon at all.

I switched to high tension a long time ago . . . back when I also played with steel string guitars. I decided to abandon the steel string in order to focus on fingerstyle guitar. But I don't have powerful hands, so I keep the action a little lower than a real classical guitarist would have it I think. Vibrato is harder to accomplish with high tension, but like you said they're not as floppy as regular tension.

I much prefer 'Aura Lee' as a title to this lovely old melody. A certain 50s 'pop-star', did nothing for it IMHO. You do it full justice my friend, and the tone from that guitar is used most creatively. Thanks for posting this.
