How to Grow and Manicure Long Healthy Fingernails - MissGIJoeTV

Here is a short video on how to grow long nails. I've been asked many times what I do. I tried to talk about everything that I do while I buffed my nails. I'll list some tips here as well

1. diet: do I really need to explain this one? Healthy body = healthy nails :) If you want, some pills for hair and nail growth would be helpful, although a multivitamin would be fine also
2. moisture: brittle nails will break. Keep hydrated with water and fruits, and also use lotions, creams, salves, etc to keep your nails and cuticles moistened.
3. stimulation: use lotion and such to massage your fingers and nails, particularly at the cuticle and nail bed. Scratching, tapping on objects also helps to stimulate your nails. I saw it myself, I tap generally with the right hand and those nails grew much longer
4. repair breaks: either cut them off, smooth them out (buff) or repair them. Silk kits, acrylic, or even Super or Krazy Glue can be used to repair breaks. These will require at least weekly upkeep.
5. DO NOT CUT YOUR NAILS! I cannot stress that enough. If you want long nails don't cut them ok :)

Hi hun, love the advice all together. The products are great! :) Just a few suggestions, hope you don't mind:

-I'm not sure of this is a tutorial or a stream-of-consciousness vlog but I think you can cut the first seven and a half minutes to one, just summarize what you said and skip the actual buffing.

-Might want to file or clip your nails down a bit to keep them manageable so they don't break off :)
