@warriorlaxx01 - make sure you are not on a locked layer, and that you have something selected.

@laxolivier3 you can send me a personal message, if the comment area is not long enough. The layer that you select for lighting effects has to be filled with something. It cannot be locked, or blank. Are you getting stuck as a certain point in the video?
