The stupid media gave the balloon boy and his dumbass family the attention they "didn't " deserve. The parents should have been fined and jailed for 1) contributing to the delinquency of minors 2) calling in a false alarm to the police and 3) making many good caring people divert their time and resources- this being a danger to them and an expensive ripoff to the taxpaying public! It is truly unbelievable that there are adults out there (esp. parents) who are that extremely immature and idiotic!
