Sheetal Dube - The Bag Lady

I would like to share my learnings from a recent interview I did with a heart patient who called herself The Bag Lady. This was part of a project I was doing to study the usefulness of a new medical device. My session with her made me pause and shed any misconceptions I might have had about people who walk on the streets with big bags, collecting junk. In many ways she set me straight on work and life. I would like to spend 5 minutes talking about how she did that.
