Hot Java Hunnies Fires MILFs

A Kent, Washington coffee shop 'Hot Java Hunnies' fired two older women in order to hire younger women and hence get more business. Were these women fired because they were too old? Should the business owner be allowed to fire them in order to get younger women, tell us in the comment section below.

Wow. American law is so stupid. In Canada, if you got fired because you weren't young enough, then that's instant age discrimination and the employers will be charged with age discrimination. End of story.

We focus our business on providing excellent service, excellent food, and passion. We rank in $100,000 CND a week, and have line ups over 45 minutes every weekend night. Basing your business on sexual attractiveness of your employees shows that an individual is unable to sucessfully run a company.

@IMPALEXANDERAVG It kind of sounds like a similar situation. Lets not hire black people because who wants to be served a latte or espresso by them? If we keep them then business fails and everyone loses their job anyways.

Sounds like a great plan. We have discrimination laws for a reason and if a business depends upon attractive individuals for sales only than that business is deemed for failure. I've seen it happen way too many times.

@LeJisemika Well thankfully American law doesn't have a zero tolerance on arguable laws like age discrimination. For instance because the establishment is set up around sex appeal, they can make the argument that they fired the employees because they were not properly representing the business.
