Full Body exercise circuit. 7 exercises performed successively, eliminating the first exercise each set working the circuit down to one singe exercise. The first exercise performed at the top of each set is 15-reps, each successive exercise is 10 reps. 7 exercises, 7-sets. Can you survive?
