咖哩炒飯 詹姆士

詹姆士教你做

食材:
去骨雞腿肉1隻、青蔥2支、蒜頭3顆、紅番茄1顆(先去皮)、白飯1碗、蛋1顆

調味料:
咖哩粉、醬油

做法
1.起鍋,將雞腿肉的皮面向下煎至上色且出油後取出,備用。

2. 番茄去除內籽切丁、青蔥切末、大蒜切末、取出煎香的雞腿肉切小塊。備用。

3. 將煎出的雞油瀝出嗆香咖哩粉,拌勻後加入1湯匙醬油,備用。

4. 用鍋中些許雞油炒蛋,撈起備用。

5. 同上鍋,利用鍋中少許雞油,爆香蔥白、蒜末、蕃茄丁,接著放入白飯炒開,再加入雞丁、蛋、咖哩醬翻炒拌勻,最後灑上蔥花(蔥綠)撈勻,即可完成。

小叮嚀:
1.番茄去除內籽,在炒飯的時候比較不會有過多的水分。
