Yes Lance didn't win the Giro, but I think if he wanted to he would have. The Tour De France is the biggest bike race in the world and is likely to stay that way, unless someone comes up with a 4 week tour or something crazy, but even then it won't have the history and reputation of the Tour.
Stop bitching about him, this clip is amazes most people and if it doesn't then thats just sad.

@Cyclingmasterseller I would say that the confidence and security of mind probably came from surviving his near-fatal battle with cancer.
