Howard Shore has scored over 70 movies and has won best score for LOTR Fellowship Of the Ring and Return Of the King. Doubt is his latest score. Directed by John Patrick Shanley and starrs Meryl Streep, Amy Adams, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Set in 1964, Doubt centers on a nun who confronts a priest after suspecting him abusing a black student. He denies the charges, and much of the play's quick-fire dialogue tackles themes of religion, morality and authority.

He didn't do it, in my opinion. We're inclined to judge the priest with our own prejudices, but I think the conversation with the mom (Viola Davis) reveals so many important details. Especially regarding the boy's sexuality and the intolerance of those around him.

yeah, it's an amazing movie.. I saw it with my friends yesterday, they kept on talking about it, and they usually hate Meryl Streep movies, cause I'm talking about her all the time, so I drive them crazy =D
