  • I just love the Japanese because they seem cool & they have the coolest gadgets.

  • Really nice but sad it is so far from the reach of the average family budget. Let's face it the TV alone would set you back close to 30K I'm not sure eco friendly means being able to draw curtains or your bath via remote control. Unless you mean never needing to move thus saving on energy to move from one spot to another. None of this technology is neither new or highly technological innovative these days. Just extremely expensive. Surely the cost of this place is over a mill US. It's Japan!

  • There is NOTHING eco friendly about that house.

  • Its too bad this technology couldn't have been utilized to record this video. The audio and video is very poor.
