1 scull tooth is like 4 of the guys, alteast you could pick a better scull image? or just use warping for the image..

I could, but it was just a 12 minute demo - the `proper` image I took a lot more time over.

I dont think they are available anymore. I found them on Deviant Art a while back but a recent search has shown they were pulled by the creator. I may have them on a hard-drive somewhere but havent used them myself for a while. If I find them I will post a link here for people to download.

I think its funny how people ask for steps on doing this. Its Photoshop you either know how to use it or not. You can't be taught creativity you can only learn the tools.
