7:15 PM - 8:30 PM ~ RECREATION/YOUTUBE/WHATEVER

8:30 PM - 8:45 PM ~ EAT (small snack; String Cheese, Muscle Milk etc.)

  • wow why is this vlog series even still called weight loss? you're not even losing weight at this point because you're being lazy and thats not setting a good example for people. how much weight have you lose in the last 10 weeks? oh, 1 pound.

  • Keep up the good work. Dont let other people discourage you. Try more bike rides, or eat healthier things. Maybe that will help you get over the plateau your stuck on. Keep doing your best!

  • If your not losing that means u hit a plateu which means you gotta change tje diet up like if u eat 3000 cals of hamburgers then switch to something like vege pizza of 3000 cals and it shoukd do the job

  • I think its great your trying somthing different. I like bike rideing its fun and its good cardio. Unfortunately I haven't gone riding in Awhile myself.
