GTA vice city glitch using the psp slim Lite ICE Silver. I was driving around looking for ballons and found this little glitch , not sure how it happened but it kinda funny none the less.

I see this like EVERYTIME i go under the bridge and i shoot it and the car just falls off and the guy inside walks awaya like noting happend!

This happens when you go really fast under the bridge, and the car gets up there somehow.. haha I get this literally all the time.

I had that happen like 999999999999 times already. BTW next time shoot it and the car will fall down then the driver comes out and just walks away
