I don't think thing that this is done. I think he needs more time. I also think the drums could be more natural sounding drums (not 808 style) and have the same impact. Also, I think that horn sample is hot to def.The high synth bells or whatever need to go or be played in tune. But, this sounds like a work in progress, not a finished beat.
