I've just finished the book and it was brilliant - more helpful than anything else on my bookshelf. It was funny, irreverant, hip and best of all, the stuff really works!

I haven't read this book but I can dig it already. Sometimes I'm really stressed over something and then I say "Fuck it" and I feel better instantly. Didn't finish your homework, fuck it. Lost your cell phone, fuck it. Your mother died, fuck it. See how that works? Fuck it.
