Hey there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

@ELEXDJ I do both boxing & Thai/kickboxing & it knackeres me out just the same whether i'm kicking or not. kickboxing gives a better leg workout though....as the name would suggest...

@fitgy321 Yeah it does, she will improve fast doing workouts everyday
nice workout. but show her how to box more and show her right. down to the little thinkgs like keeping your head forward while throwing hooks soo she aint doing everything half ass thinking shes doing it right. not hating at all just would be a benifit for her. shes working soo hard she should get the best benifits. keep up the good work!

@steveklingbiel You are right. This was actually her 4 th workout and by right she has horrible form and this was actually my first video. I'll have real boxing technique video soon. She should lean forward, keep her elbow higher and spin off her back foot to turn on her front in a squatter position. Plus, her right hand should be up on her chin tight with elbow in. Hes got it good..not perfect yet he is a former golden gloves champion

Well actually she did better since a week prior to this vid she had done all push ups on her knees. Is her form good. Ill agree, no. Yet, she did improve. Plus, hitting the bag and doing down ups fatigues your arms.

no it builds your cardio...quick burst. Plus, moving your whole body especially your legs increases your heart rate.
