A very hard subject, but needs to be talked about. You can get very ill from human waste and if the grid is down, so will your sewer system. You must prevent it from backing up into your house, and you must dispose of your own properly. Just a thought, thanks for watching

I work on the river so we have no sewer. We purchase small bucket shaped containers of enzymes they do the job of disposing the waste that can not be pumped out into the river. And cyfer007 your on to something I like the check valve.

@ stayingawake20......Excelent point about stopping sewer backflow. I might add that in some parts of the country the cleanout pipe is on the outside of the house about two feet from the outside wall. It will be a 3 or 4 inch PVC pipe extending above the ground approx. 4-8 inches. A well prepared individual would set aside a bag of pre-mixed dry concrete (Sakreet) just for that occasion. Anyway, I just watched one of your videos for the first time and I'm going to be watching more.

ew...makes me very thankful to have a septic system. Waste disposal is gross but, even YHVH speaks of it. He instructs in His Torah to bury it outside the camp. Deut 23:12-13.I like the post hole digger idea!

first they make a plug that you put in your main sewage line at the cleanout, this is to stop the sewage from backing up the pipe from the street and spilling out in your basement. secondly make a compost heap for your poo. pee in a seperate container (pee in a 10 to 1 mix is great fertilizer) poo in a bucket cover with saw dust leaves or some other dry material. Dump in compost heap daily add hay or straw over it. In 12 months you got good dirt.

get a 5 gallon bucket , place one cup of peat moss inside first. Place bucket under a chair with a whole in it. You can do your business. Now cover contents with peat moss. After bucket is full go dump it in a compost bin. in 14 to 20 days it will decompose into dirt. I've been doing it for a year now. Just clean the buckest with bleach and youre good to "go" .
