@nguitarman1 it's a technique called heel toe check it out on here I've also been playing for 6 years and I do use that technique and you can go pretty fast with very little effort

@nguitarman1 Wrong.
1- You can't use his legs as an indicator of speed, the motion comes from the foot at those speeds.
2- At 3:35 it is hard to judge because of the strobe light.
3- At 4:40 you get a better shot, notice how his feet are moving.
4- I think he would have enough dignity not to use special pedals.

I hate to say it but im extremely disappointed in the drummers feet. he cheats and uses spcl pedals. watch @ 3:35 and on when u see his legs. they move one fourth of the speed the bass drum is beating @ . just sayin if i had those pedals i could play like that 5 years ago....ive been playin for 6
