The Solar System

Hi There everyone :-) I have created a new video, this one is called
"The Solar System". This video took a long time to make from pictures I acquired From NASA. All the Beautiful pictures Except the Moon was downloaded from their web site, the Moon however I took myself using my 5 inch Refractor and my Canon EOS T3I 18 Megapixel Camera, that I attached to my 5 Inch Refractor at prime focus. The video is best at Full-Screen 1080p... I hope all of you enjoy the Video as much as I enjoyed making it.
I would like to thank NASA and all the people who worked years to bring all these photos to us, they are truly beautiful and amazing,.
I would also like to thank GNP Crescendo Record Co. Inc for their wonderful soundtrack, it was so perfect to get the mood I was looking for.
Without all of these people this video would not have been possible.

The reason I made The video

When I was 7 years old a friend of mine came over to the house, he had with him a 4.5 inch Reflecting Telescope. That night when it got dark, we pointed the telescope at what we thought was a very bright star, but it was not a bright star at all, it was the planet Jupiter, and its 4 moons. I was amazed at what we could see with just a small Telescope, from that day forward I was hooked on Astronomy. A couple of weeks ago my father in-law an I were sitting on the back porch looking at the stars in wonder, the Full Moon began to come up in the eastern sky, so I pulled out my 5 Inch Refracting Telescope to take a look, Wow What a view My father In-Law said, then I went to get my new Canon EOS Rebel T3I 18 Megapixel Camera and connected it to the Telescope. I began taking shot after shot with different exposures at prime focus, then I took the camera to my computer and began to download the pictures to see what I had. Wow I said as my wife over heard me, one of the Photos was spectacular, I could not believe my eyes. The next day I went on NASA's web site an started looking at some pictures of the planets and Moons, then I had a Idea to try to make a video of our Solar System, It was not easy but this is what I have come up with, the video you see here. All the photos of the planets and moons were all separate photos from NASA, except the picture of our moon, the picture of our moon is the photo I took that night using my 5 inch telescope and my new camera.
Most of all, I made the video to share my experience that I had had when I was 7 years old, to show the younger generation how beautiful our place, "The Solar System" is, hoping it would set off a spark in their hearts and minds (a feeling of Adventure) to one day become interested in Astronomy as I did.

One of many, one might say . In our galaxy there are millions of star systems. There are millions of galaxies. It is likely therefore that there will be at least millions of solar systems. And who knows, maybe some other, distant intelligence also wondering whether there are probably still out there other life. However, our solar system is a very special. It is our home, and as long as interstellar travel is not commonplace, and also our destiny.
