There is an increased risk of serious, possibly fatal side effects (such as heart failure, pneumonia, stroke) when this medication is used in elderly patients with dementia. Discuss the risks and benefits of this medication, as well as other effective and possibly safer treatments for dementia-related behavior problems, with your doctor.
Translation: If you're a geriatric patient, DON'T take Abilify. It'll just speed up your death.

How much do you weigh? Your weight and lifestyle choices contribute to hypertension. You are predisposed to high blood pressure as an African American male. Taking abilify is not going to give you lifelong hypertension. You are lucky that it brought your hypertension to your attention.
