Man, I just watched season 7 and now I'm watching this season right after. What a steaming pile of crap season 7 is compared to the first one. More amateur players that annoys me with their bad plays and bad commentary by Norm. The only thing better is the video quality.

aaah as much as i hate Phil Hellmuth, I've gotta love Phil Hellmuth...
They play cold hard cash, and the blind doesn't go up...it is real poker, not tournament, where at some ppl is all in all in all in, u know?

first, your buy in for a tournament is everything you are risking vs a cash game where you can buy in multiple times, and as you can see these guys are playing at a level where a single bet is often a multiple of the wsop main event buy in. also the blinds keep goin up in tourney which forces play and widens the margin of playable hands. in cash you can and should play a tighter range to protect your bankroll.
