Sorry about the poor look in this video, but I just finished a short run in it despite not feeling so good. I try to some kind of cardio exercise 3 times a week and do either yoga or Tai Chi or other stretching work out once a week. I personally prefer running 5k (3 miles) or "spinning" (cycling) 15 to 20 miles. Even if I feel bad, I force myself to do this because I do feel better once I get that "endorphin release."

The key is to increase your heart rate for 20 minutes or more to try to get that "runners high." The release of endorphins seem to really help anyone feel better and sleep better. They may not alter the course of Meniere's but may help symptoms. Here is nicely done explanation from Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endorphin

This same endorphin release is very much like the endorphins that get stimulated with Acupuncture. I have been cutting back on the acupuncture and running more.

For Proprioception (sense of the relative position of neighbouring parts of the body and strength of effort being employed in movement)
I definitely recommend these VIBRAM Five Fingers Shoes. Yes, they look funny, stupid, retarded, etc. BUT I can swear by them that they do really help with balance.

Feels like you are walking in bear feet. They definitely do something to retrain your muscles and sense of balance and feeling. Take your time getting used to them or your calf and feet muscles will be sore. DO NOT BUY THEM WITHOUT TRYING THEM ON IN PERSON FIRST. European Sizing and fitting and 20 different styles.

Although they do not have much arch support and I have flat feet, they have actually HELPED my walking and arch pains by retraining the way I run and walk.
